Each ticked bill will get a QBO BillPayment posted against a Historical Clearing bank account on Apr 30, 2024 (last day of the date-range month). The original expense stays untouched. Nothing is selected by default — you choose every bill. Only bills dated before May 27, 2024 are eligible — Settle is reserved for bills older than 2 years.
